I’m not sure on what companies really look for, since I’m a beginner, but I always knew it’s more than talent and skill, it’s also about personality and connections you have. I assumed that anyone who wants a specific job would be very dedicated to it. It’s nice to hear from someone who is in the media business say they want a passionate person, not just talent alone.
